Auto Text Scrolling

Some peoples want to show there notes but they can't know how so our team create a text scrolling in which a text scroll on the top of Blog & Web so a visitor can easily saw the note.......
 

First go to Template >> Edit HTML....

Now press Ctrl + F..And paste the following code in the Search box..Code is     ]]></b:skin>   Now paste the following code blew the text..
